Please follow this diagram for measuring yourself. The bust size is based on the measurement around the fullest part of your breasts. If your bust size is different than your waist size based on this size guide, go with the size closest to your bust size. For example, if you fit into a medium bust but a small waist, I would select the medium size. The lace up ties around the skirt make the bottom half of the piece super adjustable whereas the cups fits true to size. :)
