All orders shipped out through Disco Lemonade/Vanishing Fae come with insurance. We want your pieces to arrive safely to their new fairy homes! :) If you would like us to add a signature requirement to your package or use discrete packaging, please let us know as soon as possible after purchase.
Shipping Insurance:
Please let us know if you have any issues with your disco delivery so we can start a claim on our end through our insurance provider Shipsurance. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged we will assist you in the reimbursement process. You will be reimbursed in full for the item missing or lost in Disco Lemonade credit, once the claim process as been completed

We ship internationaly here at Vanishing Fae/Disco Lemonade. Duties are included in shipping cost at checkout for orders placed in the EU, United Kingdom, Australia, & Canada.

All shipping providers give an estimate of the timeframe in which your package will arrive. These times are subject to change due to circumstances out of our control here at Disco! Once the package has left Disco HQ, it is best to contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout to locate or track your package.
If an error in delivery occurs and your package is shipped backed to Disco HQ, we will contact you & invoice you for a new shipping label. Please make your the address/phone number you input at checkout is accurate. Once you receive your tracking number it may take 2-7 business days to be dropped off at the post office. This is because we do drop offs in big batches.

Shipping carrier selected at checkout does not negate processing time window for items labeled as MADE TO ORDER. All items are ready to ship unless labeled as "Made to Order: Item" in the product title.
