1. How long will it take for my product to be made & shipped out?

All ready 2 ship items will be processed and shipped within 3-14 business days after purchase. The product will be labeled as "Ready 2 Ship" in the description, as well as be located in the Ready 2 Ship category. If it does not say ready 2 ship in the description, the piece is made to order :). All made to order Disco creations take approximately 12-16 weeks processing time.

2. Why did my friend receive her order before me, even though I purchased at an earlier date?

Some products take longer to make here at Disco HQ. I have a few sewers assisting me in making certain pieces, and others, I personally make myself. This causes some orders to go out earlier than others, depending on the particular piece that was purchased.

3. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping/processing time?

We do not expedite orders for made to order items at Disco Lemonade. We do offer expedited shipping for ready to ship pieces & you will have the option at checkout to select a faster shipping carrier.

4. How can I change my shipping address?

Please email customerservice@discolemonade.co if you need to change your shipping address after purchase. You cannot change your shipping address for a specific order in your Account settings. Please email us immediately if you need to change your shipping address after an order is placed.

5. Do you have any ready to ship items?

Yes, they are available in this collection: Ready to Ship

6. If I leave the date I need a MTO item in the comment section at checkout, will it guarantee it's arrival before that date?

Unfortunately no, we do not take expedited orders here at Disco, so if you put the date you need something in the comment section, it is not guaranteed it will arrive before then. Please be aware processing time is 12-16 weeks & during some months, it can be a few weeks more depending on how many orders I have in the backlog.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except for provinces in Canada.

8. Why can't I checkout with a Canadian address?

Please shop at our sister store Fairy Armor Canada www.fairyarmor.com for all Canadian orders.

9. Do you take returns or exchanges?

We do not take returns or exchanges unless there is a sizing issue, we will be happy to adjust the piece so it fits you perfect & you feel like a fabulous queen in your fairy armor!

10. How can I get an update on the status of my order?

Please email customerservice@discolemonade.co. Please no DMs. DMs can be tricky to keep track of and get lost very easily, so please email for updates!

11. Do you take custom orders?

At the time, Lem does not take custom orders but we do take custom sizing! If you need custom sizing for your piece, please email at customerservice@discolemonade.co

12. Do you carry your products at other stores?

Disco Lemonade fairy armor is exclusively sold through this website ONLY. The only websites that may carry Disco Lemonade are shops I have collaborated with: Lux Muse and Little Black Diamond. All other websites are scams, so please be careful when purchasing from other sites that may be "pretending" to sell Disco Lemonade products. This has been a really prominent issue, and we are not responsible for your order if the piece is not directly purchased through www.discolemonade.co
